Hotel and Motel Properties
Principle Commercial's Hotel Financing Division provides customized commercial loan financing packages for Hotels, Motels, and other Lodging properties. These include both flagged (Marriott, Crown Plaza, Ramada, etc.) and nonflagged properties.
To qualify for one of our Hotel/Motel commercial loans, the business must support a minimum DSCR of 1.25 and have been in operation for at least two years. Up to 90% financing is available with SBA backing.
Financing options are available for a wide range of hotel and motel property types including:
- Bed and Breakfast (B&B's)
- Convention Hotel
- Extended Stay
- Flagged (Franchised) and Non-Flagged
- Full or Limited Service
- Resort or Spa
- Suite
